The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning location right on the lake in Malcesine old town. The room was comfortable and clean, but the heavy air freshener was a downside. The service was excellent, offering a variety of amenities. The dining experience was delicious, especially the hot wok dishes. The facilities were top-notch, though a bit pricey for what was included.
